Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
- The article is original and has not previously been published to your submission and presentation in CIDAG and is not being considered for publication (printed or electronic) elsewhere;
- The authors obtained permission to reproduce in the article (in all media, including print and electronic form) materials not belonging to themselves (for example, images) and recognize in the article the source of such material;
- The article respects the national and international legislation on copyright and does not contain material of obscene nature, defamatory or illegal and that, to the best knowledge of the authors, may constitute a violation of third party rights;
- The authors undertake to indemnify the organizers, ISEC and IPT, as well as others involved in cases of complaints and actions (including legal costs and expenses) involving your article;
- In the case of multi-authorial articles, the person responsible for the submission attests having informed and obtained the consent of all co-authors, in writing, of the conditions contained herein;
- The authors authorize the publication of articles that are accepted in all ways that the organization understand (electronic, print, online), while recognizing the authors of them, abdicating of any fees or royalties on the same regardless of volume distribution or places where it will be made
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference. Authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
Copyright Notice
Authors who submit proposals for this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Articles accepted for presentation at CIDAG will be subject to a double publication in the Book of Abstracts and in the Proceedings Book.
b) The Book of Abstracts will be offered to all participants enrolled in CIDAG, and the Proceedings Book will be offered to all first authors of approved articles.
c) Later, both the Book of Abstracts and the Proceedings will be offered to major university libraries of Portugal, Spain and National and International Research Centres in Design and Graphic Arts area.
d) The Proceedings Book will be available for sale on the site CIDAG and the Book of Abstracts will be available in the pdf on the Conference website similar to what is observed in the past editions.
